About: The KBL Midwest Bass Battles (MBB) brought to you this month by Supernova Lights will be the second of five, two week long online events that will run once a month from April until August. This will be a (3) fish limit event!

MBB June Results 06/26/2017
The June edition of the KBL Midwest Bass Battle sponsored by The Tackle Trap. It was grind towards the end as Josh Smith and Raul Araya were both fighting for that 3rd place spot. Winners are as follows:
The Big Bass award goes to Chris Lazdins with a 22 inch donkey!
Finishing in 3rd place is Raul Araya with a total of 59.25 inches.
Finishing in 1st place is Jeremy Curtiss with a total of 61.75 inches.
MBB May Results 05/30/2017
The May edition of the KBL Midwest Bass Battle sponsored by SuperNova Fishing Lights is in the books! We had over 2400 inches of bass submitted during our two week event. Great job everyone!
The Big Bass award goes to KBL Orange Club Member Patrick Tharp with a 21.5 inch beast!
Finishing in 3rd place is Jeremy Curtiss with a total of 59.75 inches.
Finishing in 2nd place is KBL Orange Club Member Joe Palmer with a total of 60.50 inches.
Finishing in 1st place is Dave Brooke with a total of 61.00 inches.
MBB April Results 4/30/2017
The April edition of the KBL Midwest Bass Battle sponsored by Bending Branches is in the books!
First we to want to congratulate all of the competing anglers for making it a great event! More than 1,817 inches and over 109 fish submitted throughout the 2 weeks. Thank you, you guys kicked some ass!
Now lets get down to business.
Finishing in 3rd place is Raul Araya with a total of 57.75 inches. Raul also won the big bass with a 21.25 inch hawg.
Raul will take home $50 for finishing 3rd as well as the $40 big bass prize.
Finishing in 2nd place is Alan Wiedmeyer with a total of 58″
Alan will take home $75 for his 2nd place finish.
Finally with a total of 58.75″, Glenn Miller is the winner for the April edition of the KBL Midwest Bass Battle.
Glenn will take home $100 for his 1st place finish.

Update: Wednesday 4/26/2017
We are now approaching the final stretch of the April Edition of the Midwest Bass Battle and the race is getting really tight. As of this morning, 40 out of the 57 competitors have submitted a fish for a total of 193 fish. We have a new leader in Alan Wiedmeyer with 58 inches. Patrick, Michael, Glenn, and Raul rounded out the top 5 with only 1.25 inches between the leader and the 5th place angler.
We have a few more days to go and looks like it’s going to be a close battle.
Now, get out there and rip some lips!
Update: Wednesday 4/19/2017
We are a quarter of the way in to the first KBL Midwest Bass Battle and the results socfar have been outstanding. We have 57 competing anglers and 28 of them have fish on the board for a total of 89 fish. Our current leader is Raul Araya with 56.25″ followed by Patrick, Brian, Glenn, and Dustin in a tight race at the top. Raul also logged the biggest bass so far at 21.25″.
We have still quite a bit of fishing to go, so get out there and catch some big bass.
